We guarantee that a regular Bikram Yoga practice will change your life in the most wonderful ways. If you feel nervous, scared or a little intimidated, no problem, many people feel that way initially. Just don't let it stop you from coming to class. Bikram designed this class for beginners, so know that with a little practice and experience, you'll quickly feel right at home at Bikram Yoga Delray Beach.

If you have never been to the studio, we have a ONE TIME $25 Introductory Week  (good for purchase on 1st visit only).  Or you can choose the BEST DEAL for 1st timers -$75 for the 1st month!!  After that we have many different packages and prices that can be explained to you by a member of our staff

VERY IMPORTANT...PLEASE READ 
We require first time students to fill out a release form and be explained yoga etiquette before entering a class.  In order for this to happen, you must arrive 15 minutes early to be prepared for class. We are committed that our community, including you, get the most benefits out of their yoga experience and being on time allows everyone, inlcuding you, the teacher and the other students do just that. Thank you in advance for honoring this request.
