Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Come fully prepared (mat,towel,water etc) as if you are taking the regular class - you will be practicing the postures but not with the same intensity and the room will not be heated.
Prepare to take notes - this is a great opportunity to have any questions answered, including the questions you didn't know you had!
Each posture will be practiced, then discussed, addressing benefits, form,
the intention of the posture, common pitfalls etc with demonstrations from
Nina and of course you if you want!
