We are located at 3055 South Federal Highway, Delray Beach Florida 33483.

We are in the north east corner of the south Delray Shopping plaza, just one mile south of Linton Boulevard and US-1/Federal Highway Intersection, opposite the Greico Ford car dealership, on the east side of the street.

 

We opened back in 2002, and have provided excellent Bikram yoga instruction in the same location for over 19 years. Fully equipped with male and female restrooms, changing areas and showers, we also offer a wide range of yoga apparel designed specifically for Bikram yoga practice.

 

The flooring in the hot room, (a common cause of complaint when it was originally carpet), is Lonzebra - a hospital grade vinyl linoleum formulated for microbial resistance and low VOC's as well as containing around 35% post-industrial recycled content.

 

Not only does it not smell, but it feels soft to the touch - providing cushioned but firm support for your joints. Sealed from wall to wall, bacteria resistant, and impervious to moisture, this flooring offers a fully clean and safe environment.

 

With 2 showers for both the men and women, as well as plenty of space for storage and changing, Bikram Yoga Delray Beach strives to give students the best possible environment in which to practice yoga.

 

State of the art LED light panels in the hot room, and LED lighting throughout the corridors and the restrooms, complete the studio upgrades.
