The teacher will give specific instructions for each posture, helping you get into and out of the posture safely and efficiently.

 

Sweat!

 

This is a 90 minute 26 posture series in which each posture is practiced twice in a heated room.

 

Heat!

 

The room is heated to help your muscles relax, allowing deeper and safer stretching, preventing injuries.
