The Bikram Yoga Series is aimed at beginners. 

It is a sequence of 26 simple yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises that is suitable for all ages and levels of ability.

It is practiced over 90 minutes (the traditional timing) or 60 minutes (the condensed timing version) - in either class you will practice at least 1 of the 26 postures. 

The practice room is heated in order to warm up your body for the postures. 

Each posture is a challenge based on your own personal ability and each posture addresses a certain area of the body, bestowing specific and powerful health benefits. 

In addition, regular practice stimulates the organs, glands and nerves, moving fresh oxygenated blood to 100% of the body, restoring all systems to a healthy working order. 

The specific series of postures combine the skills of concentration, determination and self-control, which lead to increased mental clarity and reduced stress. 

Through regular practice, this form of yoga has been shown to deliver total health through the balancing and strengthening of every system in the body in order to prevent illness, injury and limit the effects of aging. 

Every class is open to anyone regardless of ability or experience.
