We are currently offering 3 classes per day at our studio.
Weekdays 915am, Noon and 430pm.
Weekends 8am, 1030am and 4pm.
All students must sign up online to reserve their space in the class.
Space is limited due to new social distancing protocols currently in place to help keep you and the teachers safe and healthy.
This is how you log in and book classes :
For PC/Mac, click on this link:
In the left hand box entitled Sign In, enter your email address that is associated with your existing account and the password.
This should take you to your profile page.
At the top you can click on CLASSES and book the times and days you wish to practice.
For Smartphone - download the Mindbody app from the app store, once installed, open the app and it will ask you for your email address and password - use your email and password associated with the existing account and you should then be in and able to explore.
If it does not work, tap Forgot your Password for the reset link.
If you create a new account, your existing classes or time purchased, if any, will not show up as the system is looking for the matching email address and password already set-up when you first came to the studio.
If this is the case, you will be asked to purchase new classes or time. Please email us ASAP and we will fix this for you.
We are also offering our popular live stream classes for those of you who are unable to make it to the studio - every class except the weekday Noon and the weekend 1030 am classes are live streamed. Sign up online - choose the Virtual Class Option and we will send you the meeting link approximately 20 minutes prior to class start time.
