We are thrilled to announce our first ever Yoga Teacher Training in the style of Hot Fixed, (Hot 26 & 2, or Bikram Yoga), lead by Nina Rose and Guest Presenters 

 

This 200 hour training meets over 9 weekends, beginning Friday 3rd March 2023

FAQ’s:

 

• What if I have no interest in teaching? Answer: That’s ok! Many people take the training with no intention to teach. Some change their mind along the way, others don’t, and it’s all perfect because participants come away with a deepened understanding of the practice and relationship to themselves.  

• I’ve only been practicing yoga for a short time, is this training appropriate for me? Answer: YES. While we do recommend taking at least 5 classes with Nina prior to enrolling in this program, this practice is all levels and any level is appropriate to participate in this training. 

• What if I need to miss a portion of the training? Answer: While we understand unforeseen emergencies arise, we do expect full commitment, and will work with participants on a case by case basis to ensure satisfactory participation.  

• Are there any additional requirements to participate in this training? Answer: Yes, there will be pre-assignments to be completed before the first meeting, in addition to 2 weekly required class attendance, readings and assignments over the 9 weeks.

• What is the investment? Answer: Early bird pricing $3,500 or $3,800 after 1/25/23. Payment plans available

• What is the meeting schedule? Answer: Fridays 4:30PM-9PM, Saturdays/Sundays 12PM-7PM
